You can open a support ticket through our Client Portal when you may need assistance from us.
- Log into your Client Portal, click on the Open New Ticket button that is located in the Recent Support Tickets box
- On the Open Ticket page, select the department that you would like to contact
- Enter the Subject of the ticket in the first field for the form
- Select the Related Service that you need the support.
- Enter a detailed message in the message box. Please add as much information as possible
- Attach any files like screenshots that may help to resolve the issue.
- Click on the blue Submit button once you have completed the form
