How to add a sub-contact

You can add a sub-contact in your Client Portal so that you can allow others to submit support tickets on your behalf.

  1. Log into the Client Portal and click on the New Contact button located on the left hand side.

  2. Enter in the required information for your sub-contact

    1. Enter First Name

    2. Enter Second Name

    3. Enter in the Company Name that the person may work for

    4. Enter the E-Mail Address

    5. Enter the Contact Telephone Number

    6. Enter Address

  3. Select what type of Information that you would like for them to receive

  4. Click on the blue Save Changes button
