How to open a Support ticket

You can open a support ticket through our Client Portal when you may need assistance from us.

  1. Log into your Client Portal, click on the Open New Ticket button that is located in the Recent Support Tickets box

  2. On the Open Ticket page, select the department that you would like to contact

  3. Enter the Subject of the ticket in the first field for the form

  4. Select the Related Service that you need the support. 

  5. Enter a detailed message in the message box. Please add as much information as possible

  6. Attach any files like screenshots that may help to resolve the issue. 

  7. Click on the blue Submit button once you have completed the form
