To cancel your service, please log into the client portal at https://hive.happybeehost.com and complete the following steps:

1. Click Services.
2. Locate the relevant service and click on it.
3. From the Actions list on the left, select "Request Cancellation".
4. Complete the form.
5. Select Cancellation Type
6. Click on "Request Cancellation"

Your service will then be scheduled to cancel as per your "Cancellation Type" request.  Please note that if you have multiple services, each individual service requires a separate cancellation request (if you have one service on your account disregard the previous statement).  A service will remain active until a cancellation request has been submitted for that service.  All services on an account will need to be canceled in order to cancel the account itself.
